BTT: The record date for second cash dividend 2015 & first cash dividend 2016

On May 10, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.554/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for the second cash dividend for 2015 and the first cash dividend for 2016 of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (stock code: BTT) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:  May 30, 2016

-        Record date:   May 31, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose: to pay for the second cash dividend for 2015 and the first cash dividend for 2016.

-        Exercise ratio: 17%/par value (VND1,700/share)

(For the second cash dividend for 2015: 9%/par value and the first cash dividend for 2016: 8%/par value)

Payment date:  June 29, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: Shareholders will complete the procedures to receive dividend at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will complete the procedures to receive dividend at Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (Address: Floor 5^th, No.2 – 4 Luu Van Lang, Ben Thanh, District 1) from June 29, 2016 and please submit ID card.
