GAS: Resolution on dividend payment & AGM 2016

According to the Board resolution dated March 01, 2016, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation unanimously approved the following issues:

1)    Annual General Meeting 2016:

-          Record date: March 18, 2016

-          Meeting date (estimated): April 15, 2016

2)    Second cash dividend for 2015:

-          Payment ratio: 20% charter capital

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Record date: March 18, 2016

-          Payment date: April 13, 2016
