ELC: Resolution on dividend payment & AGM 2016

According to the Board resolution dated March 02, 2016, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation unanimously approved the following issues:

1)    Interim dividend for 2015:

-          Payment ratio: 6%/share (VND600 for a share)

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Record date: March 18, 2016

-          Payment date: as from March 31, 2016

2)    Annual General Meeting 2016:

-          Record date: March 18, 2016

-          Meeting date (estimated): in April 2016

-          Meeting venue: will be noticed later.
