FCM: Resolution on dividend payment & AGM 2016

According to the Board resolution dated March 02, 2016, the Board of Directors of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the following issues:

1)    Annual General Meeting 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 voting right)

-          Record date: March 16, 2016

-          Meeting date: Saturday, April 16, 2016

-          Meeting venue: Head Office of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company (Thi Son commune, Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province) 

2)    Dividend for 2015:

-          Payment ratio: 5% charter capital

-          Record date: in April 2016

-          Payment date: in May 2016
