On June 08, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (Stock code: FTS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 90,343,727 shares

-        Additional volume: 9,033,225  shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 90,332,250,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 99,376,952 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 993,769,520,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: June 12, 2017

-        Reason of change: To issue shares for 2016 dividend payment.
