-        Number of shares before additional listing: 66,034,361shares

-        Additional volume: 33,017,094 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 330,170,940,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 99,051,455shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 990,514,550,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: June 14, 2017

-        Reason of change: To issue shares to pay dividend for 2015 & 2016.
