-        Number of shares before additional listing: 426,600,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 50,000,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND500,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 476,600,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND4,766,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  June 13, 2017

-        Reason of change: convert bond into stock.
