DXG: DXG receives the transfer of capital in Tam Thong

On September 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation (DXG) approved to receive the transfer of capital contributed in Tam Thong Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, DXG will receive 1.25% stake of Tam Thong Real Estate Joint Stock Company, with a maximum transfer value of VND2,250,000,000.

The Board authorized Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hung, CEO, to negotiate and sign a transfer contract with a value no more than VND2,250,000,000.
