TMS: Resolution on the distribution of remaining ESOP shares

Transimex Corporation announced the Board resolution dated September 26, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the plan for the distribution of remaining shares from ESOP 2016:

-          Number of remaining shares: 213,345 shares

-          Plan: distributing these shares to TMS’ employees.

Article 2: Approving the list of employees who are allowed to receive the shares above.
