-          Total number of shares: 10,833,089 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 10,703,077 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 130,012 shares

-          Number of shares to be issued in 2016: 535,153 shares, equivalent to 5.0% of number of outstanding shares

-          Value of shares (based on par value): VND5,351,530,000

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Issue time: October 2016

-          Purpose: to raise the working capital

-          Transfer restriction: in 02 years
