On November 11, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1149/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (Stock code: VAF) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 24, 2016

-          Record date: November 25, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share).

-          Payment date: December 23, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company as from December 23, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
