KPF: The record date for stock dividend payment for 2015 On November 14, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1154/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for stock dividend payment for 2015 of KPF Consultant International Project Joint Stock Company (stock code: KPF) as follows:
- Ex-right date: November 23, 2016
- Record date: November 24, 2016
- Reason and Purpose: To pay stock dividends for 2015
To pay stock dividends for 2015:
- Estimated issue volume: 1,560,000 shares
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 125 shares at the record date, he will receive 12 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.5 share) will be cancelled.
