DQC: Information on Tax Penalty Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company announced the conclusion of tax inspection for 2013 and 2014 as follows:
Total tax arrears, administrative penalty and late payment: VND548,093,771.
1) Tax arrears: VND359,591,415, in which:
- Value added tax arrears for 2013: VND21,885,030
- Corporate income tax arrears for 2013 and 2014: VND337,706,385
2) Deducted value-added tax in late 2014 and transferred to next period: VND361,290,029.
3) Administrative Penalty on tax duties: VND188,502,356
In which:
- Penalty for false declaration: VND72,462,417
- Penalty for late payment: VND114,639,939.
