DMC: BODs Resolution on Executive Board reappointment

Based on Resolution No.11/NQ-HĐQT dated April 21, 2017, BODs of Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation approved the Executive Board reappointment as follows:

-          BODs approved the reappointment of Ms. Luong Thi Huong Giang as CEO as from May 21, 2017.

-          BODs approved the reappointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa as Deputy CEO  of Accounting Finance Department as from May 21, 2017.

-          BODs approved the reappointment of Ms. Pham Ngoc Tuyen as Chief Accountant as from May 21, 2017.
