STG: BODs Resolution on investment in Sotrans Ha Tinh

According to the Resolution No.038/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 12, 2017, BODs of South Logistics Joint Stock Company approved the purchase of 49% of charter capital of Sotrans Ha Tinh Joint Stock Company to raise the owning ratio of STG in Sotrans Ha Tinh Joint Stock Company to 100% of charter capital:

-          Number of shares purchsed: 1,408,260 shares

-          Time of implementation: before June 30, 2017

-          Change of company name after completed:

+ Company name: Sotrans Ha Tinh One Member Company Limited

+ Short name: SOTRANS HA TINH

-          Mr. Do Hoang Phuong is representative of the stake of STG in Sotrans Ha Tinh Joint Stock Company.
