According to the Resolution No.02/NQ-HĐQT dated April 17, 2017, BODs of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved some of contents of the April 15, 2017 meeting as follows:

-          Approval of some of contents of Annual General Meeting 2017.

-          Approval of charter capital increase plan.

-          The company continues to promote financial restructuring and invest in projects.
