DCL: Resolution on public offering to raise capital

The Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation approved the plan for issuing shares to the existing shareholders to raise the charter capital from the owner’s equity as follows:

-        Stock name: Stock ofCuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation

-        Stock type: common share

-        Par value: VND10,000/share

-        Number of shares before issuance: 20,118,960 shares

-        Number of shares expected to issue: 20,118,960 shares

-        Total issue value: VND201,189,600,000.

-        Charter capital after issuance: VND402,379,200,000.

-        Financial resource: the undistributed profit, capital surplus and other funds.   

-        Issue ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)

-        Transfer restriction: none

-        Time of implementation: Quarter II/2016.
