STG: Board resolution on capital contribution

The Board of Directors of South Logistics JSC approved the capital contribution by acquiring shares in the private placement of Bao Tin International Trading and Logistics JSC (*). The charter capital of Bao Tin International Trading and Logistics JSC will be raised to VND28,740,000,000. In which, South Logistics JSC will invest 51% or VND14,660,000,000.
