SFI: Resolution on the withdrawal of ESOP shares

Sea & Air Freight International announced Board Resolution No.03 dated March 17, 2016 approving the withdrawal of ESOP shares from the resigned employees as follows:

+ Quantity of shares withdrawn: 50,000 shares

2)    Mr. Bui Thanh Lam

+ Quantity of shares withdrawn: 40,000 shares

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share
