CNG: BoD approves the public tender offer from PVGAS

On February 03, 2016, the Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company approved PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGAS) to purchase 15,120,000 CNG shares or 56% charter capital of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company.
