TNT: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

According to the Board resolution dated February 01, 2016, the Board of Directors of RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company approved the result of public offering as follows:

Article 1: Result of public offering:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 17,000,000 shares

-          Number of shares distributed: 17,000,000 shares

-          Number of fractional shares: 0 shares

-          Number of shares bought and deposited: 16,211,760 shares

-          Number of unsold shares: 788,240 shares

Article 2: Distributing the unsold shares:

The unsold shares (788,240 shares) were distributed to Mr. Dinh Quang Khai, an outside shareholder, at VND10,000/share. The payment was completed on February 01, 2016.
