VLF: VLF may be delisted

On February 05, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange  (HOSE) received the Q4.2015 financial statements of Vinh Long Cereal and Food Corporation (VLF).  VLF’s after-tax profit in 2015 was –VND74 billion, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2015 was –VND155.5 billion. This is the third year VLF has losses.

Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Section đ, Clause 1 of Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP, HOSE would like to note that VLF will likely be de-listed if VLF’s profit after tax in the 2015 audited financial statements is negative.
