CMG: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  August 12, 2016

-          Payment date: August 31, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  CMC Corporation as from August 31, 2016.

 Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
