NT2: The record date for cash dividend payment for 2016 On July 27, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.839/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for cash dividend payment for 2016 of PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company (stock code: NT2) as follows:
- Ex-right date: August 12, 2016
- Record date: August 15, 2016
- Reason and Purpose: To pay cash dividends for 2016
- Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share). There are two phases to pay cash dividends for 2016:
1) Phase 1:
— Exercise ratio: 8%/par value (VND800/share).
— Payment date: August 31, 2016
— Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company.
2) Phase 2:
