-        Ex-right date:   August 12, 2016

-        Record date:    August 15, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose:  to pay second cash dividend for 2015 & first cash dividend for 2016.

-        Exercise ratio:  10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

-        Payment date:  August 31, 2016

-        Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at My Chau Printing and Packaging Corporation.
