CII: The foreign ownership percentage increases to 49%

According to Official Document No.3893 dated June 29, 2016, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) allowed Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) to raise the ownership percentage of foreign investors for CII stock from 48.97% to 49%.

Effective date: July 18, 2016.
