MSC: MSC to hold an extraordinary general meeting

On July 15, 2016, Mekong Securities Corporation (MSC) sent the invitation to Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to each shareholder according to the shareholder list of July 10, 2016, with time and place as follows:

-          Meeting time: 8:30 am, July 25, 2016

-          Meeting place: Head office of MSC, 5^th Floor, 21T2, Hapulico Complex, 01 Nguyen Huy Tuong, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi.

On the same day, the Board of Directors of MSC approved to appoint Mr. Hoang Nhu Hai to replace Mr. Pham Duc Thang as CEO.
