CDC: Board Resolution

Chuong Duong Corporation announced Board Resolution dated July 13, 2016 as follows:

1)    The BOD approved o set up a new subsidiary:

- Name of the subsidiary: Chuong Duong Steel Structures One Member Co., Ltd from its Chuong Duong Steel Structures Works.

- Implement date:  in quarter 3/2016.

2)    The BOD approved to transfer its holding in Thuan Thanh Phat Commercial Construction Co., Ltd, owner of Chuong Duong GoldenLand in Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City, at the minimum price of VND220 billion.

3)    The BOD approved to transfer Chuong Duong Commercial and Residential Building Project in Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province.
