Coma18 Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of 2017 AGM as follows:

1. Approving 2016 business results, 2017 business plan and operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
2. Approving compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board.
3. Approving changes of the company’s operation charter.
4. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
   1. Approving Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan and Ms. Doan Thi Thuy Hang appointed as members of the Supervisory Board.
   2. Approving a plan of increasing charter capital.

                Resolution is valid as of 19 April 2017.
