In case profit after tax over the above plan, the company suggest to grant 20% of exceeding profit to the BOD, the Supervisory Board and Management Board.

- Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
- Approving Chairman of the BOD cum CEO.
- Approving changes of the company’s Operation Charter.
- Approving personnel changes in the BOD & the Supervisory Board term 2017-2022.
The BOD includes Mr. Phan Tan Dat, Mr. Hoang Van Loc, Mr. Tran Ngọc Dinh, Mr. Chau Anh Tuan, and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Phong.
The Supervisory Board includes Mr. Le Cong Son, Mr. Mai Van Lich, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lieu.
