CHP: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of 2017 AGM as follows:

1. Approving 2016 business results, 2017 business plan and operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
   1. Approving 2016 profit distribution:

1. Estimating 2017 cash dividend around 15-17%.
2. Approving plan of the company name’s change:

1. Approving decision on investing in Cu Jut Solar Electricity Project at Dac Nong Province.
2. Approving compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board.
3. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
4. Approving resignation of members as below:

-          Mr. Le Kim Hung (member of the BOD) as of 30 Jul. 2016.

-          Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh (member of the BOD) as of 7 Sep. 2016.

-          Mr. Nguyen Danh Duyen (member of the BOD) as of 29 Sep. 2016.

-          Mr. Tran Van Thuong (member of the Supervisory Board) as of 29 Sep. 2016.

1. Approving 07 members in the BOD term 2015-2020.
2. Approving 03 members in the Supervisory Board term 2015-2020.
3. Approving Mr. Pham Sy Hung – Deputy CEO appointed into member of the BOD as of 1 Aug. 2016.

Resolution is valid as of 20 April 2017.
