BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.148 dated December 10, 2015 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the report on business performance:

-          Until November 2015, the Company achieved more than 90% of the 2015 business plan.

2)    Change of personnel:

-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ban as CEO of BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company, effective from January 01, 2016.

-          The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Nguyen Tran Nghiem Vu, Deputy CEO, as Acting CEO of BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company, effective from January 01, 2016.
