-        Number of shares before additional listing: 45,478,480 shares

-        Additional volume: 36,382,458 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND363,824,580,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 81,860,938 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND818,609,380,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 26, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
