BHS: Decision on delisting of stock

On July 25, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No. 267/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (BHS):

-          Number of shares delisted : 297,874,449 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND2,978,744,490,000

-          Effective delisting date       : August 30, 2017

-          Reason: Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company delists its shares in order to merge with Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.
