-        Number of shares before additional listing: 8,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 6,998,817 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND69,988,170,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 14,998,817 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND149,988,170,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 24, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
