On July 24, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.266/QD-SGDHCM to allow Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation (securities code: CCL) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 26,249,885 shares

-        Additional volume: 9,250,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND92,500,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 35,499,885 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND354,998,850,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 26, 2017

-        Reason of change: Individual stocks issued for swapping debt.
