Binh Duong Construction & Public JSC: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Binh Duong Construction & Public Joint Stock Company as follows:

     Until 16:00 on December 15, 2016 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 15 of Decision No. 456/QĐ-SGDHCM dated November 21, 2016 promulgating the auction regulation on the second selling shares in blocks of SCIC in Binh Duong Construction & Public Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
