Saigon Petroleum Services Corporation: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of SATRA in Saigon Petroleum Services Corporation as follows:

     Until 16:00 on December 20, 2016 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No. 475/QĐ-SGDHCM dated November 30, 2016 promulgating the auction regulation on the second selling shares of SATRA in Saigon Petroleum Services Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
