Chanh Phu Hoa Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Binh Duong Development Investment Fund in Chanh Phu Hoa Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

     Until 16:00 on January 09, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was an investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No. 499/QĐ-SGDHCM dated December 19, 2016 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares of BDIF in Chanh Phu Hoa Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
