On July 12, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (securities code: BHS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Additional volume: 6,167,200 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND61,672,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 129,511,198 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,295,111,980,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  July 14, 2016

-        Reason of change: Stock issuance for ESOP.
