KSS: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On July 13, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.800/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation (KSS):

-          Number of shares delisted : 49,432,500 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND494,325,000,000

-          The stock KSS is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.288/QD-SGDHCM dated July 13, 2016.

-          Reason: The audit company gave a disclaimer opinion on KSS’ 2015 financial statements.

-          Effective delisting date       : August 12, 2016
