BHS: Board resolution on capital increase

Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.388/2015 dated November 02, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: To approve the registration for capital increase:

-          To increase the charter capital of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company from VND629,949,180,000 to VND1,233,439,980,000.

-          Quantity of shares after increase: 123,343,998 shares

-          Date of change: October 30, 215

-          Form of capital increase: to issue 60,349,080 additional shares

Article 2: To approve the amendment in the Articles of Association regarding the capital increase.
