BCI: Resolution on the dissolution of SADACORP

On January 23, 2017, the Board of Directors of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCI) approved the policy on the dissolution of Saigon Dau Tieng Water Supply Corporation (Sadacorp). Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company expected to withdraw at least VND1,200,000,000 from Sadacorp after the dissolution.
