FPTS: Board Resolution _ 24 Jan 2017 FPT Securities Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.01-2017 dated January 24, 2017:
Article 1: Approving the report on business performance in 2016 and business plan for 2017;
Article 2: Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Diep Tung as CEO of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company as from July 19, 2017;
Article 3: Approving the agenda of Annual General Meeting 2017.
- Approving the reports of the Board of Directors, Directorate, Board of Supervisors;
- Approving the audited financial statements in 2016 and the profit distribution;
- Approving the plan for issuing stock dividends in 2017;
- Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to select an audit company in 2017;
- Approving that the Board Chairman will concurrently hold the position of CEO of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company;
- Approving the amendment of the Company’s Charter after listing;
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Shuzo Shikata as Board member for term of 2013 – 2018;
- Additionally electing Mr. Goro Hoshi as Member of the Board of Directors for term of 2013 – 2018;
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Ha Hong Sik as Member of the Board of Supervisors for term of 2013 – 2018;
- Additionally electing Mr. Shuzo Shikata as Member of the Board of Supervisors for term of 2013 – 2018.
