Based on Decision No.05/2017-QĐ-NVLG dated January 25, 2017, BODs approved the record date for collecting shareholders’ opinion as follows:

-        Record date: February 15, 2017

-        Purpose: to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing about private placement.

-       Time of implementation: from February 16, 2017 to March 30, 2017
