Asean Securities Corporation announces the resolution of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders dated November 21, 2016:

The shareholders approved the plan for issuing shares to raise the Company’s charter capital to VND500 billion in 2016:

-          Offering volume: 16,500,000 shares

-          Total mobilized capital: VND165,00,000,000

-          Charter capital after stock issuance: VND500,000,000,000

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Ratio of the offering volume to the outstanding volume: 49.25%

-          Issue ratio: 67:33 (Those who own 67 shares will be entitled to buy 33 new shares)

-          Record date: in November 2016

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
