SAM: Resolution on capital contribution to set up a subsidiary

On November 24, 2016, Sacom Development and Investment Corporation has disclosed Resolution No.214 dated November 24, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Board approved capital contribution to set up a subsidiary

-          Name of company: Viet Management & Hospitality Training Joint Stock Company

-          Capital: VND6,000,000,000 (600,000 shares), contributed 60% of capital of Viet Management & Hospitality Training JSC

-          Business fields: Consulting & Hotel Management, Resort, Training & services of Restaurant – Hotel.

-          Expected capital contribution time: November 30, 2016

Articles 2: Mr. Tran Anh Vuong – CEO is representative of Sacom Group capital in Viet Management & Hospitality Training JSC

Articles 3: Board approved Mr. Tran Anh Vuong as Chairman of BoD & Mr. Bui Xuan Phong as member of BoD of Viet Management & Hospitality Training JSC.

Articles 4: This resolution will be effective from November 15, 2016.
