Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation issued Decision No.137 dated September 22, 2016 as follows:

-    Board approved to adjust to the plan for withdrawal capital from Viet Thai Electric Wire & Cable Joint Stock Company; detailed as follows:

+ Selling price: In margin & make sure the original value of investment on June 30, 2016 was  VND4,995,833,299

+ Trading method: Order matching or Put through

+ Time of implementation: from the date the Board of Directors approved to the end of December 30, 2016.
