On April 03, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow AMD Group Mining and Investment Joint Stock Compan (Stock code: AMD) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 62,399,936 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,478,458 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 24,784,580,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 64,878,394 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 648,783,940,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: April 05, 2017

-        Reason of change: offering shares to the existing shareholders
