Pursuant to the Rules of Construction and Management of HOSE- Index Series, HOSE will perform the adjustment to the free-float ratios of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (code: BHS) and Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company (code: KSA), which belong to VNSmall Index and VNAllshare Index, as follows:

-        Current free-float ratio: 100%;
